By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge & agree to abide by all of of the policies below. All policies are subject to change at any time. Please refer to this page for any updates or changes to policies.
Clients who arrive late will be charged for the full amount for your scheduled session and your session time will be reduced. For example, if your session is an hour, but you arrived 10 minutes late. Your appointment will be only 50 minutes and you will be charged the full amount.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else who would like to receive services. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." Clients who have a history of no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before scheduling future appointments.If there are multiple times where the client rescheduled. The client may not be able to book further or may be subject to paying the full price before treatment. Clients who have paid a 50% non-refundable deposit for the HydraFacial and have multiple reschedules or is considered a ""no-show" will be subject to forfeting their deposit.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment if possible. However, we ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients by providing us with adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Individuals under 18 must have a parent or guardian schedule their appointment and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the service.
We are committed to providing our clients with high-quality, professional services that help them look and feel their best. Although we strive to maintain stable prices, factors such as market demand, inflation, and fluctuation in product costs may require us to adjust our prices periodically. Please be aware that our prices are subject to change at any time. If you book an appointment before a price change, you will not be charged the new price during that specific appointment. However, any future appointments will be subject to the new pricing.
We strongly encourage you to book an appointment in advance. Although we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, our availability may be limited.
